Option B – Small wooden disposable boat food tray per guest filled with blue berries/ strawberry/ corrot sticks/ grapes/ nuts/ slice salami/ cold meat/ pieces of cheese/ cocktail tomato/ salt cookies/ biltong/ ” droëwors” / speacial golden sunset dip
Ekstra Gin bar with toppings can be arranged ( cost will be calculated to usage of gin and costs off topings) * Gin can be replaced *
OR sherry/ Glüwein served in shot glass R15 p/p

2 Different Roasts – Beef / Pork / Lamb / Chicen – prepared in a spit tray, roasted to perfection served with veggetables
2 Different salads ( venue choice and according to season)

You can add to wedding account wine for canapés (people love it) and wine or champaign for tables ( bar price)
Champaign tower ( R300) setup with glasses and 2 bottles.
